Absolutely. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any point. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will simply end — no questions asked, no hidden fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers in plain text.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll receive an email confirmation of any plan changes.

Offline downloads are available on the Standard and Premium plans. You can save select movies and shows to your device and watch them without an internet connection for up to 48 hours before a re-download is required.

It depends on your plan: Basic allows 1 simultaneous screen, Standard allows 2, and Premium allows up to 4. This means your household can be watching different content at the same time on separate devices.
